Hoss Active Sports Group General Terms and Conditions
Terms — Credit Card, PayPal, ACH.
Payment Options —
- Check by fax, mail, or email.
- ACH (Automatic Payments Via Your Bank Account) Discounts may apply.
- MasterCard ,Visa, or Discover for any order or payment on account. Anticipatory discounts are not applicable when paying via CC.
- We have the option to process any check electronically that is submitted to Hoss Active Sports Group for payment
Returned Checks — A $30 NSF fee will be assessed for each returned check. Returned checks are required to be paid by money order, certified check or credit card.
Credit Hold Policy — Hoss Active Sports Group will hold orders for any account that is past due. Hoss Active Sports Group reserves the right to place customer accounts on hold from purchasing any Hoss Active Sports Group SKU.
Order Cancellation — Hoss Active Sports Group will cancel any order after 30 days if the order remains unshipped due to credit issues.
Pricing — Pricing is subject to change without notice. Order Minimums — New accounts must meet a $250.00 minimum on opening orders.
Same Day Order Processing — Hoss Active Sports Group strives to ship all orders received by 3:00PM Central Time on the same day. All shipments are subject to product availability, account standing and credit limit.
Freight Policy — All original orders of $500.00 or more will receive free ground freight. All backorders of $250.00 or more will receive free ground freight. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded and should contact Hoss Active Sports Group for information regarding applicable freight incentives.
Product Exchanges for Credit — Product must be in new, re-sellable condition in the original, unaltered packaging. Product not in re-sellable condition will be accessed a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return freight costs. All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Warranty credits expire after 12 months and must be for product exchange only, no cash refunds.
Shipping — We ship FOB (Free On Board) Hoss Active Sports Group Warehouse, Olney, IL. Ownership of all products shipped transfers at shipping point F.O.B. our warehouse, Olney, IL. Once your order leaves our facility, the title of goods and risk of loss transfers to you, the buyer. All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 working days of delivery. No adjustments will be made if reported after that time.
